Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service are entered into by and between you (“you” or “your”) and Growth (“we,” “us,” or “our”). The following terms and conditions govern your access to and use of grow-tharchitect.com, including any content, functionality, and services offered on or through the site (the “Site”), whether as a guest or a registered user.

Please read these Terms carefully before using the Site. By accessing or using the Site, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy, incorporated here by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Site.

Newsletter and Subscriber Content

By subscribing to the Grow-th Architect newsletter, you consent to receiving email communications from us. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link included in every email.

Services

The Site describes and promotes freelance and fractional LinkedIn content strategy services. Any engagement for services is governed by a separate agreement between you and Grow-th Architect. These Terms of Service govern your use of the Site only and do not constitute a service contract.

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Site in any way that:

  • Violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation.
  • Is fraudulent, misleading, or deceptive.
  • Infringes on the intellectual property or other rights of any person or entity.

  • Interferes with or disrupts the integrity or performance of the Site.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any disputes arising from them will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Grow-th Architect operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal proceedings will be brought exclusively in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

Waiver and Severability

Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision. If any provision is found to be invalid or unenforceable, it will be modified to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force.

Entire Agreement

These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Grow-th Architect regarding your use of the Site and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
